  • After passing the exam, you can download your certificate from the portal.

If you are renewing your driver’s license, you will need to take the Comprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) online or offline before you can proceed with your renewal application. You also need to have a valid Non-Professional Driver’s License issued at least one year prior to your application.

You will need to submit some documents such as a birth certificate, a medical certificate, a tax identification number (TIN), a police clearance or NBI clearance, and a drug test result. So you can apply for a Professional Driver’s License online through the LTMS Portal or at any LTO licensing center. You will need to complete 8 hours of practical driving course and pass both written and practical driving exams to get your license.
