Correction Fee
Correction Fee: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has updated its fee structure for 2024. Including charges for correcting student data across all programs. The fee for changing or correcting a student’s name in AIOU records is double the ordinary degree fee prescribed for the respective program.
To initiate a name correction, students should download and complete the “Application for Correction/Change of Student Name/Father Name” form from the AIOU website. The completed form, along with the required documents, must be submitted to the Directorate of Admissions at AIOU’s Islamabad campus.
AIOU Correction Fee Details in 2024
In 2024, Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has established specific fees for correcting student data across various programs. The charges for name corrections or other amendments in certificates. Or degrees are set at double the ordinary degree fee prescribed for the respective program.
For example, if the ordinary degree fee for a particular program is PKR 5,000. The correction fee would be PKR 10,000. These fees apply to corrections necessitated by errors made by the board, university, or changes authorized by court decisions.
To initiate a correction, students should download and complete the “Application for Correction/Change of Student Name/Father Name” form available on the AIOU website. The completed form, along with the required documents. Must be dispatched by registered mail to the Directorate of Admissions at AIOU’s Islamabad campus.
