Sattvic foods include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, dairy products, and honey.

  • Moderation: The concept of moderation is crucial in the yogic diet. Overeating or consuming excessive quantities of any food is discouraged. As it is believed to disturb the balance of the body and mind.
