Need to be at least 18 years old, physically and mentally fit, and able to read and write Filipino, English, or the applicable local dialect. You also need to have a valid Non-Professional Driver’s License issued at least one year prior to your application.

You will need to submit some documents such as a birth certificate, a medical certificate, a tax identification number (TIN), a police clearance or NBI clearance, and a drug test result.
